1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including 3D models and downloadable content, are final due to the nature of digital items. Once the product is downloaded, we cannot offer a refund as digital products cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

• The product you purchased is defective or does not match the description on our website.
• You encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.

Important: Requests for refunds due to compatibility issues or not reading the product descriptions carefully (e.g., requirements, file formats) are not eligible.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your case within 3 business days and inform you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to deny any future transactions and block access to our services.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to read the product details, specifications, or requirements before purchase.
• Any product purchased at a discounted or promotional price.
